Terms & Conditions

  1. Details of Goods

    Once an order has been placed it will be confirmed by an Email.

  2. Materials and Components

    It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery to ensure that all items ordered are present and in good condition. No claims for damage will be entered into once goods have been inspected and accepted.

  3. Faulty Components and Parts

    We, or the manufacturers, (at our discretion) will replace defective or faulty parts free of charge within the duration of the manufacturers guaranteed period. This will be processed as soon as notification via e-mail has been received.

  4. Order Cancellation

    The Company reserves the right to refuse cancellation of orders in the case of goods placed on order, in the process of manufacture, or dispatch. We reserve the right to receive payment from the client for any related administration costs and restocking charges. Should the client amend or cancel the order a charge will be deducted from any refund. Any underpayment will be immediately payable to us.

  5. Delivery Time

    Provisional dates will be given at the time of ordering as an estimate only of the length of time before the components are ready for dispatch. Every effort will be made to honour delivery dates but delays can occur that our beyond our control, therefore, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the contract between the ‘Client’ and the ‘Company’.

  6. Delivery

    Deliveries will be made by either our in-house transport team or by one of our approved couriers. All goods must be inspected on arrival if damage found reject delivery and contact us via e-mail.

  7. Payment Terms

    Full payment is required at time of placing your order by credit (except American Express) or debit card. We do not accept any payments by cheque or account.

  8. Customer Service Issues

    It is our aim to resolve any order problems to your complete satisfaction, in the rare event you are not completely satisfied, we will endeavour to rectify any reasonable issue to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Any such issues must be raised immediately to us by e-mail.
