When should I book my tradesmen?

Please wait until all your goods are delivered, and you are 100% sure that everything's OK before
booking any tradesmen. We always endeavour to deliver on time, but sometimes items may be on back order at
the manufacturer.

Can you supply me with a particular item I have seen elsewhere?

We'll certainly try! Just call us with a description of the item and where you saw it (and a reference number if possible) and we'll do our best.

I want to order, but I don't have a tradesman yet! What do I do?

You can still take advantage of our low prices, take delivery of the goods and ensure you have
everything ready for when the tradesman arrives. Remember that after you've purchased your items we
can store them for up to a month which should take the pressure off a little.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

In some case yes we do; please email your enquiry and we'll get back to you with information as soon
as possible.

Is there a delivery charge?

All our prices include free UK mainland delivery. All goods are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding
bank holidays. If your item has been sent via courier they will require a signature for the goods at
the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between 9.00am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery.
Deliveries can also be left with a neighbour or sent to your work address. Smaller items are despatched
First Class Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery.

How long are your guarantees?

Every manufacturer has there own guarantee terms. In general terms all products carry a minimum 1-year
guarantee. However some manufacturers extend warranties for up to 25 years.

Will my order be complete?

We always try to deliver all your items together, but in some circumstances, such as items being out of
stock for long periods, we will ship your goods separately.

What Methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (except American Express).

Are You Disabled or Chronically Sick?

If you are disabled or chronically sick VAT is not payable on purchases that are
required to assist you and help maintain your quality of life, as long as goods
are to be used by you and they are going to be installed by a professional installer.
If you qualify for VAT exemption, after completing your order at the checkout please
go to ‘Contact Us’ and send us a message requesting a disability/chronically sick
declaration form. This will be sent to you as an Email attachment.
Please complete the form and return it to us at the address on the form and we will
be pleased to refund you the VAT element of your purchase.

Do you offer installation?

It depends on the area you live, we may be able to offer you a full installation
service or provide you advice and assistance to get you a quotation from an experienced
qualified fitter. To find out more after completing your order at the checkout please

of our friendly staff will get back to you.
